1. No refund policy
All payments made for subscriptions, wallet credits, the one-time setup fee, add-ons, or software access on FBR Digital Invoicing are non-refundable.
Once a subscription is activated or payment is successfully made, we do not provide refunds, whether partially or fully, except where Pakistani law requires otherwise.
By subscribing to FBR Digital Invoicing, you agree and understand that all sales are final.
2. Subscription and auto-renewal
FBR Digital Invoicing operates on a subscription-based model.
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in advance.
You are solely responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date.
Failure to cancel on time will result in automatic renewal, and no refunds will be issued.
3. Cancellation policy
You may request to cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team. Please note that subscription cancellations cannot be processed through account settings.
Once a cancellation request is submitted, your access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not qualify for a refund.

6. Unauthorized transactions
If you believe your account was used without authorization, contact us immediately. We will review the situation, but refunds are not guaranteed for completed transactions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and should not share them with any unauthorized person.
You must notify our support team promptly upon detecting any suspected unauthorized activity, providing sufficient transaction details to enable a thorough investigation.
FBR Digital Invoicing reserves the right to suspend or restrict account access temporarily while an unauthorized transaction claim is being reviewed.
