Upload and validate invoices from Excel
Turn a spreadsheet of sales into FBR-ready invoices: upload, validate every row, then submit only what passes.
- 01
Prepare the spreadsheet
Export or build a sheet with buyer details, line items, quantities, values, and tax fields. CSV and XLSX both work. Incomplete rows are easier to fix before upload than after a failed submission.
- 02
Upload the file
Choose bulk upload and select the file. The platform reads each row and maps columns to the FBR invoice schema.
- 03
Validate before anything is sent
Every row is checked against FBR rules first. Rejection messages quote the offending field and row so you can correct the sheet rather than guessing from a raw error code.
- 04
Submit the clean batch
Send only the rows that passed. A submission queue retries transient IRIS timeouts without duplicating invoices. Keep the audit log for each IRN and FBR response.
